se of variances estimated using XFA

Dear Folks

I am interested to see if anyone has worked through calculating standard
errors for variances estimated using the Factor Analytical model in
ASreml?

As I understand it, the estimated Lambda and psi have variances (and se)
associated with them and the genetic variances-covariances are then
calculated from these parameters. So can the variances of the L and psi
be used to calculate the variances of the variances?

Thanks
