ffphen1.dat !skip 1 !dopart $1

where $1 is replaced by the first 'command line' argument.

That can be set by either running ASReml from a command prompt:

ASReml -r jobname 1 2 3

to run all three parts are put the results in separate output files with

or alternatively (ASReml 2 and 3)
inserting a line
  !RENAME !ARG 1 2 3

before the title lne in the jobfile.
