There is a growing number of scientists using computers running OS X, the UNIX compliant operating system found in Apple computers. For several of us the only reason to run Windows or Linux (using other computers, dual booting or virtual machines) is to have access to asreml. I would like to know if there are any plans to port asreml—either as console mode or, better, as an R library—to OS X.
Cheers,
Luis
