RE: quetions on sigularities in AI Matrix



You don't get the mu term because brrank is place after the random
effects in the model. This means it is fitted before other effects (mu
in particular). Put brrank before the random effects and you will get a
mu term.

Your variable list contains one more than the number of data points on
your example line.
