I have not getten any response to my question that I posted last night. I
guess I did not identify my questions well.
Here are my questions regarding the output in asr file:
1. the Gamma term peculiar to animal (random effect) increased
dramatically, from 0.1 to 7846.1 after 7 iterations. why?
2. There is a warning: 1 singularities in AI matrix. What does this mean?
3. How to identify which fixed effect is significant?
4. I included mu in the model, but the mu was zero in sln file.
