Fortran error

I am having a problem running ASREML.

The following Fortran error appears when I run the .pin file after an apparently successful initial run:

Real Number (-0.1045e - 62) is out of range (unit=internal)

Error occurs at _ailsm_

Called from _MAIN_ _

The estimates of variance components look sensible in the .ASR file, as does the other output.

I am attaching the .AS file and a small part of the data file (the total data has about 10 000 records in total).

Can anyone point me in the right direction for solving this problem?
