ASREML bug in forming design for some interaction terms.

Dear COlleagues,

On Friday I fixed a serious bug in ASREML related to forming the DESIGN
matrix for interactions when both terms have more than 1 NON-ZERO value
in the record. This occurs in terms like c(A).c(B), pol(X,2).pol(Y.2),
spl(X).spl(Y).

I strongly recommend you update your version of ASREML.
(Keep your older one as a backup if you like).

If your current version is less than 12 months old, you should have
no problems arising from SYNTAX changes.

I apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
