Dear Marcelo,
1) Let's try something simple first.
Increase the WORKSPACE
i.e. insert a new line at the top of the .as file which says (say)
!WORKSPACE 200
and rerun the job.
2) If that results in it failing at exactly the same point,
it suggests a problem with the file. But you could swap the order of
the .grm files and see whether that makes a difference.
3) Third option is to use ASReml 3 (from
http://www.austatgen.org/asreml3alpha.php
if not available yet from VSN)
4) If all else fails, send me (arthur.gilmour_at_cargovale.com.au) the job
(all data, as ped and grm files)
