genetic correlation

Dear Arthur,
In the enclosed data set, I would like to estimate genetic correlation between survival and spleen size traits. We have 15 full-sib families. In each of these families a sample of n1= 200 siblings were evaluated for survival days after disease challenge, and another sample of n2= 75 siblings were evaluated for spleen size. So each animal has record for either survival days or spleen size. I have several questions: is this a good dataset to estimate genetic correlation? If yes, which model should I use? animal model? I kind of favor using sire-dam or family model. I would like to have your opinion on this. For the model that you might consider appropriate, could you please hint the job and pin files. In the enclosed file we have 9 response traits (4 pleen traits and 5 survival traits), please hint just for a bivariate analysis, let's say for traits survival and splweight. Thank you very much.
Roger
