Dear Luansheng
it is available as a beta version from
http://www.austatgen.org/files/software/asreml/
it is the asreml_3.00.zip file

We are almost ready to release it. The final build should occur this week
and then it will be shipped off to VSN hopefully for distribution a short
while after this

We are very sorry for the delay - but we hope the process has been
worthwhile in terms of new facilities and bug fixes. We have been testing
asreml and asreml-R 3.0 since about February which we feel has improved
the robustness of the program. Your views and feedback are always welcome

warm regards
