I do not think your previous request was distributed to the ASReml list.
At least, I did not see it.

Coding the pin file requires knowledge of the estimated variance
components (what they are and the order they appear) in the .asr file.

If you send an extract from your .asr file showing the table
  Source .. gamma componeents ...

also show your attempt at the .pin file

then we can see what the problem is and supply an appropriate .pin file.

A typical bivariate analysis will have 6 lines
3 lines for residual (Unstructured) matrix
3 lines for genetic (Unstructured) matrix (sire or animal)

In this case, the genetic correlation is calculated from a .pin file
line

The User Guide includes the expressions ASReml uses to calculate
functions of variance components.
