tu as essaye la commande

C:\data> c:\program files\asreml2\bin\asreml -sS command.as

?

C'est la que doit etre mise l'option -sS.

Sinon si le probleme persiste c'est que tu peux avoir des erreurs dans
le pedigree, type repetition d'individus, individus qui apparaissent
comme pere et mere etc.
