Pedigree is to big!

Hello everyone,

I'm a french student starting in quantitative genetics.
I'm using the trial version of ASReml v.2. I did not succeed in launching ASReml through DOS commands despite the following syntax I used:
C:\data> c:\program files\asreml2\bin\asreml command.as
where data is the folder of my datafiles.

So, I tried to execute my command.as file directly inside ASReml program. But it gave me the error "pedigree is to big [...] try with -sS option".
I know how to increase memory with this option in the DOS view, but not in the command.as file ...

Have you got any idea to help me?
