Hi Ian
I usually encounter that error when I have changed the pedigree file
(or data file) when running the job from the same folder from a
previous run and my job file has no !MAKE statement to reconstruct the
pedigree and associated ainverse matrix. The program then uses the
A-inverse constructed earlier.
Deleting the old ainverse file does it for me.
