Dear ASreml users:
hi, I am the beginner of asreml. How to understand predicted values of the data in .yht file? I think it is a value which has been corrected or revised using fixed effects and covariates. Then I can use directly the mean of predicted values each group if I want to compare and calculate the phenotypic difference between two groups. is it right?
  Looking forward to your reply.

Yours sincerely,
