Sorry for the briefness of this reply but I am travelling.
Try associating the correlations you want to force to remain at zero with
a Z rather than an F qualifier. i.e. smethng like !GPZZP rather
than
!GPFFP.
ASReml 2 is not recognising the 0.0 is intended to remain at zero.
IŽll check that out.
