Dear Rob,

One of the requirements in creating the commercial version was to tighten
up
on the syntax.

devr long ~ Trait !r Tr.Sire
1 2 1
0 0 0
Trait 0 US
 3*0
Tr.Sire 2
Trait 0 US
 3*0
Sire 0 0

The 2 US structures need starting values. If you do not know what values
to supply,
3 zeros on the next line, will indicate to ASReml that it should derive
some values for you.

with God's love in the Name of Jesus Christ.
