Dear Jahn,

Early in the pice, I wrote a few Splus procedures which would write out a
data frame,
create a basic .as job, run the job externally and import the results.

Since then SAMM has been developed and is available in R and Splus
implementations.

It is a proper R/S library calling an ASREML dll to do the hard work and
is available
from VSN.

My original Splus functions are available but would need some doctoring
to work smoothly with the latest version. They are no longer in regular
use.

Best wishes in the Name of Christ Jesus,
the Saviour of all who believe.
