Bruce is on the right track except S2 is 32Mb so for 110,000 animals you
probably need S4 (128 Mb) or S5 (256Mb).
However, if this does not resolve the problem, it could be a problem with
the order of animals in the file
although then I would expect more messages in the .asr file
Also, your job has a line
matr !p !A
The !A is not needed on this line. The field will be interpreted as
Alphnumeric because the !ALPHA
qualidfier is given on the pedigree filename line.
