Assuming fixed treatment effects,
If the var(diff) are the same, then you could work it out,from the
Tdiff [and T] values printed in the .asr file.
If they are different, you will need to process the .vrb file
and work out the var(diff) values given that the .vrb file contains var(B)
where B is the typically vector of fixed effects.
