Have you tried both anonymous ftp as well as your web brouser?
To use ftp you type
ftp ftp.res.bbsrc.ac.uk
anonymous (as your user id)
fjrl@servidor.unam.mx (as your passwd)
cd pub/aar (attach to the aSREML DIRECTORY)
bi (put transfer in binary mode)
get install.txt
get asrwin.exe
get asrdoc.exe
bye
