Hi
Do you want a multivariate analysis? !ASMV idicate for a multivariate run? that is observations in each of 13 asses classes are due to an distinct trait then what do you mean of regression?

Else you can assume ASSESS as an covariate an go for regression field.
If you want mixed polynomial regression (fixed and random), try the following code (I changed yours in which pol(assess,n) here 4 or any relevant order is for fixed part regression, and pol(ASSESS,n).ANIM
here 2 or more is for the random part);
ANALYSIS OF LONGITUDINAL DATA-REZAEE
 ANIM !P
 SIRE !P
 DAM !P
 HATCH 3
 BDCLASS 3
 ASSESS 13
 RECORD !M -99
INDEXPED.TXT !REPEAT !MAKE
alllnew.txt !MAXIT 20
RECORD ~ mu HATCH BDCLASS pol(ASSESS,4) !r pol(ASSESS,2).ANIM !f mv
0 0 1
pol(ASSESS,2).ANIM 2
pol(ASSESS,2) 0 US !GP
0.1
0.01 0.1
0.01 0.01 0.1
0.01 0.01 0.01 0.1
ANIM 0 AINV

Rohullah
