Effects of multivariate analysis

Dear Group,

Iā€™m running multivariate analysis with 3 traits (T1, T2 and T3) for 107 genotypes in 5 locations. I want to test the effect of a regressor (p50, quantitative). For such Iā€™ve used the following model in which Iā€™ve fitted different VCOV for Tr.Loc.Gen.

5 Locs
3 Traits
p50 (quantitative) with different values for each genotype
107 Genotypes

T1 T2 T3 ~ Trait Tr.Loc Tr.p50 Tr.Loc.p50 !r Tr.Gen Tr.Loc.Gen !f mv

Iā€™ve run the model but I do not know how to interpret the multivariate results in the .sln file (below).
1- When I look at estimations in the sln file for each level within a fixed term in the model, letā€™s say Tr.Loc.p50, these are the 5 rows that I see:
1.001
2.001
3.001
4.001
5.001

Nevertheless I cannot see the whole expansion for every Loc.p50 within each trait (5 levels like above x 3 traits = 15 in total). Let me know if Iā€™m out of track but I would expect something like:

L1.4.001
L1.5.001
L2.1.001
L2.2.001
L2.3.001
L2.4.001
L2.5.001
L3.1.001
L3.2.001
L3.3.001

2- Can I get this type of information somewhat from the sln file? Is Trait below the (general) intercept for each trait?
