Dear forum,
I am getting an error message when trying to run a very simple model and I do not understand what the problem with the pedigree is. Any help anyone could offer would be really appreciated.
The error message:
Overflow or error processing pedigree:
maxPED= 307692, Individual 6 of 37154
Maybe increase MEMORY (-Ss) option or verify pedigree file
Fault 6 Failed when processing pedigree file Finalflyped.ped
I have checked that the pedigree is ordered correctly and that there are not any obvious problems.
I have attached the .as file and the the .asd and the .ped files (as .txt files as the forum won't allow me to attached the files) and if anyone has the time to point me in the right direction then that would be great.
