Thank, Brian. I am trying some R packages for Bayesian association analysis for SNPs which require design matrices as well as the full R matrix as input. Since I am using an animal model with AR1xAR1 structure, the R matrix seems a bit complicated. It would be helpful if ASReml can provide an option to output the R matrix (maybe G matrix as well).
