Dear vivi
this model can be fitted if the data is in col, row, time order then you
could fit ar1xar1xUS etc etc
BUT
1. is this model sensible - ie separabillity reasonable, is stationarity
ok etc
2. more details on the data would be required to answer this question
3. what is the aim of the analysis
warm regards

Subject
Spatial analysis for repeated measurement
Dear All,
I want to fit AR1 x AR1 for my analysis. However, my data has repeated
measurement. 40 measurement were taken from each single plot (the same row
and column). Can ASREML fit AR1 x AR1 for this kind of data?
Thank you.
Regards,
Vivi
