Dear Xiaobo,
re:
Dear users:
I am running a model with pedigree for clonal data. The pedigree file
looks fine and the genotypeid is linked with the pedigree file. And the
model ran quite well without the pedigree information. But when I tried to
run it with the pedigree, it tells me that I need to increase the level of
the genotypeid. Anybody has similar situation?
Thanks for your response.
Xiaobo
First, To get the best answer to a query it is best to poste in the
relevant bits of the .asr file, if not the whole file.
Second,
The problem most likely is that the genotypeid level indicated in the
message does not appear in the pedigree file.
