Dear Juan,

E2 is not estimable because B=3 is missing for E=2

If you want E2 to be estimated by averaging over the 2 levels of B that
are present,
you need
predict t.e !present e b

but note that the B=3 effect from E=1 will then be included in the
differences between E=1 and E=2.

So, in this cae, you need to think clearly about what prediction is
needed/ what it means
