Dear Ky,
re: I have a large unbalanced multi-environment trial for which I'm predicitng
varieties across environments and
I also want the GxE table of BLUPs.
I'm fitting a factor analytic, XFA2, model and use the following predict
statement to obtain overall BLUPS.
predict variety !ave xfa(site,2) nsite*0 aveloading1 aveloading2 !only
xfa(site,2).variety !print
OK
I believe the following is correct for obtaining the GxE table of BLUPS.
predict site.variety !only xfa(site,2).variety !print
However, the values returned are exactly those from the sln file for
xfa(site,2).variety terms. Is this correct?
Yes. The sln file also includes the variety means for the factors as well
as the predicted site.variety effects.
thanking God for His mercy through Name of Jesus Christ.
