Hi All,
I am estimating multi-trait breeding values for two single-measurement
traits and two repeat-measurement traits. Is it the correct data format to
have each trait in a separate column, and enter 'NA' for a missing value on
the extra rows in the columns for single-measure traits where there are
records in the multi-measure trait columns? Is it then possible to fit a
repeatability model for the multi-measure traits by specifying an ide( )
random effect for those traits?
