Dear Dean,

re: Is there a way of capturing asreml graphical output to a file?

I can recreate the graphics from the various output files from asreml by
using "asreml -nl barley.as"...or by running "asreml -G11 barley.as" in
a telnet session (ie without graphical capabilities - yes this is on a
Unix box) and then graphics to crash which happens to make the 4 files
I'm after.

ASReml 1.10 cannot generqte graphics files when running from a TELNET
session unless
you have a XDISPLAY set up somewhere for the dispay to appear. In the
unix situation,
I think you would be better to use g22 (.eps) file. I'm do not expect
the Windows output
formats to work in the Unix environment.

ASReml 1.62 can generate the graphics files without displaying them by use
of -H22
(rather than -G22).

Best wishes in the Name of Jesus Christ, my Saviour.
