!CONTINUE vs. -c

Hi there.

As I understand it, I have two choices to continue to run ASREML from a previous
iteration.

One way is to change the .as file from "#CONTINUE" to simply "CONTINUE"

The other way is to include "-c" in the command line.

Is there a difference between these two? If so, when should I use each approach?

Thanks,
