The !S2==350 option should be on a variance structure line,
not the ZR header line.

These last 2 lines point to where the problem occurs.
SEC DIM COV ... says it is trying to parse the R header line
which specifies number of sections, dimensions and covariance structures.
The last line read was indeed that line. However the R header line
does not have an !S2== option so ASREML bails up.
If you want to fix the error variance at 350, you will have to say
