Hi,
I am a new user of ASreml. I had difficulty to constract a
nested factorial ANOVA model in ASreml.
The conventional ANOVA model for SAS is as follows:
model Height diameter = rep pop rep*pop family(pop)
In the model rep is Fixed, the remaning terms are random.
Families are nested within pop.
It will be much appreciated if somebody make suggestions on
how to write the linear model in ASreml. I attached two as.
files one for univariate and another for multivariate
analysis.
