Hi,
Is there a way to get the predicted values (Xb + Zu) from ASREML?
The .sln files have the residual values and I presume that these are in
order of the observations found in the data file. Then, these can be
obtained from the difference under normality. For the binomial and
Poisson models, this is not so clear. I am guessing that the
observation needs to be transformed by the link function first, take the
difference and then untransform the difference. Is this correct?
Thanks
Bruce
